The Netgalley Book Tag

I found this tag at My Tiny Obsessions and Cristina told all her followers that if they wanted to the tag, they should definitely do it! I can’t live without Netgalley and I’m so glad this site exists. So here I am, doing the Netgalley Book Tag.

RULES:

  • Link back to the tag’s creator (Kourtni Reads)
  • Thank and link back to the person who tagged you
  • Answer the questions the best you can. If you don’t use NetGalley, you can substitute other sites or places where you get books!
  • Tag a few people to do this too.

AUTO-APPROVED: WHO’S ONE AUTHOR WHOSE BOOKS YOU AUTOMATICALLY WANT TO READ, REGARDLESS OF WHAT THEY’RE ABOUT?

Okay, so that’s Morgan Matson, D.R. Graham, Stephanie Perkins, Veronica Roth, Melissa Hill and Sarah Morgan.

REQUEST: WHAT MAKES YOU WANT TO REQUEST A BOOK THAT YOU SEE ON NETGALLEY?

When I’m on Netgalley I can’t help myself, really. I still have 30+ ARCs that need to be reviewed and sometimes that can give me some stress. But I normally go for the Teens & YA genre combined with the Romance genre and after that I look at the covers. Because covers are very important to me! I actually have a hidden talent, if I look at the cover I can tell if the book is a contemporary one or not.. it’s a weird talent but kind of funny at the same time.

FEEDBACK RATIO: DO YOU REVIEW EVERY BOOK YOU READ? IF NOT, HOW DO YOU DECIDE WHAT BOOKS TO REVIEW?

Yes, I do! I’m way behind on my schedule, but I try to review each book. It just takes a little bit more time 😉

BADGES: IF YOU COULD CREATE YOUR OWN BADGE TO DISPLAY ON YOUR BLOG, WHAT WOULD IT BE FOR?

Some sort of ‘Contemporary freak’ badge. Like if you’ve reviewed so many contemporary novels, you’ll get the badge and everyone can know how obsessed you are with contemporary.

WISH FOR IT: WHAT’S ONE BOOK THAT YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY DYING TO READ?

If I have to choose between all of my Netgalley ARCs that still need to be reviewed, I’m dying to read A Fabriction of the Truth by Katie Kaleski, Tempting Fate by Brinda Berry, The Movie Version by Emma Wunsch and The Romantics by Leah Konen.

2016 NETGALLEY CHALLENGE: WHAT WAS THE LAST BOOK THAT YOU RECEIVED AS AN ARC THAT YOU REVIEWED? IF YOU’VE NEVER RECEIVED AN ARC, WHAT’S THE LAST BOOK YOU REVIEWED?

The last book I read that I reviewed is Because I Love You by Tori Rigby! This book totally took me by surprise, it was way better than I expected. I reviewed it, so if you want to read the review click here.

I TAG:

YOU!
